A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY AND A COPPER RESOURCE

Gold Reach Resources (TSX-V: GRV) is a Canadian exploration company with two high priority projects located in British Columbia Canada.

Auro Property

This recent acquisition is a 100% interest in 13,305 hectares strategically located directly adjacent to Richfield Ventures “Blackwater” bulk gold project in central British Columbia. The Blackwater project has received significant attention due to several favourable drill results including a vertical intercept of 329 metres of 1.25 g/t gold from near surface.

A recently completed helicopter-borne DIGHEM electromagnetic (EM) geophysical survey conducted by the Company has revealed a large two kilometre magnetic high anomaly that borders the Blackwater project that trends in a south south-easterly direction. Regional geology supports this south-easterly trend from the Richfield discovery.

The proposed 2010 spring-summer exploration season would include geochemistry, sampling and Interpretation of recent geophysics to prioritize proposed drill collars. The Company intends to drill this prospect after all available data has been compiled.

Seel/Ox-Lake Project

The Company also has a 100% interest in 19,000 hectares in the north-west region of British Columba. The project is located eight kilometres from the producing copper-molybdenum Huckleberry Mine.

This copper-gold-molybdenum-silver project is rapidly moving towards a profitable development-stage venture. Two separate resources have been identified from over 100 diamond drill holes resulting in NI43-101 tonnage estimates being compiled for each resource. This project is the largest known resource and closest in proximity to the Huckleberry mine that has minimal known reserves remaining. 

The Seel and Ox Lake properties hold the same characteristics as historic deposits in the area indicating the potential for significant tonnage. Ground surface exploration has revealed very little overburden making the ground amenable to open-pit mining.

Conclusion
