Gold Reach Intersects 113.5 Meters Grading 0.35% Cu and 0.38g/t Au
(Gold Reach is awaiting the results from the last five drill holes of the recent program)

Vancouver, BC, February 22, 2006 . . . Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (TSXV:GRH) and Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. (TSXV:ABN) have released the second batch of results from the Winter 2005/2006 drill program on the Seel Property, Central B.C. From these assays we note the following highlights.

Hole S06-24 intersected 113.5 metres grading 0.35 per cent Cu and 0.38 g/t Au from 12.2 to 125.7 metres including 19.5 metres grading 0.51 per cent Cu and 0.52 g/t Au from 64.2 to 83.7 metres. Hole S06-24 was drilled vertical at the same location as drill hole S05-08 that intersected 102.1 m grading 0.44% Cu and 0.48 g/t Au (as reported in a Feb. 10, 2005 news release).

Hole S06-25 located 200 metres southwest of Hole S06-24 intersected 117.5 metres grading 0.12 per cent Cu and 0.013% Mo from 45.7 to 163.2 metres in depth. Hole S06-26 located 300 metres southwest of Hole S06-24 intersected 163.1 metres grading 0.12 per cent Cu and 0.022% Mo from 107.3 to the end of the hole at 270.4 metres in depth.

A total of 15 holes, 3,242 metres, were drilled in the December 2005 and January 2006 exploration program with assays from 10 holes reported as of this press release. Listed below is a table summarizing the sample assay intervals from the second batch of results.

To date the vast majority of drill holes have intersected significant widths of mineralization. The known copper-gold-molybdenum mineralizing event extends approximately one kilometre in length by 500 meters in width and from surface to greater than 200 meters in depth as defined by the current level of drilling. Upon completion of the program and compilation of the results, the Company will determine the next phase of work to evaluate the large mineralization and alteration system at the Seel property which has been observed to extend for over four kilometres in length and by two kilometres in width.

The diamond drill holes were drilled NQ diameter and half-core samples were sent to the Acme Analytical Labs facility in Vancouver, B.C., for sample preparation and analysis. All samples underwent multielement analysis by ICP/MS with the reported interval of hole S06-22 additionally assayed for copper and the reported interval of hole S06-24 additionally assayed for copper and gold. The drill program on the Seel property is under the supervision of Peter Daubeny, PGeo, a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101.
