Drill Program Defines Large Copper-Gold-Molybdenum System

March 10, 2006

Vancouver, BC, March 10, 2006 . . . Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (TSXV:GRH) and Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. (TSXV:ABN) have received the final results from the Winter 2005/2006 drill program on the Seel Property, Central B.C.

At the completion of the recent program a total of 32 holes have been drilled on the Seel Property by Gold Reach Resources Ltd. with the vast majority intersecting significant widths of mineralization. The currently defined copper-gold-molybdenum mineralizing system extends approximately one kilometre in length by 500 meters in width and from surface to greater than 200 meters in depth as outlined by the current level of drilling.

Gold Reach is in the process of evaluating the results in order to determine the next phase of work on the Seel. The priority of the next phase will be to further develop the high-grade areas as defined by holes S05-08 and S06-24 as discussed below. The Company will also continue to explore the large mineralization and alteration system which has been observed to extend for over four kilometres in length and by two kilometres in width.

A total of 15 holes, 3,242 metres, were drilled in the December 2005 and January 2006 exploration program. The following drill intersections have been highlighted from the program:

Hole S05-20 intersected 206.6 metres grading 0.20 per cent Cu and 0.07 g/t Au from 38.5 metres to the end of the hole at 245.1 metres. The hole ended in mineralization.

Hole S05-22 is 725 metres northeast of Hole S05-20 and intersected 12.2 metres grading 0.52 per cent Cu and 0.92 gram per tonne (g/t) Au from 73.6 - 85.8 metres depth. Hole S05-22 is located 155 metres SE of hole S05-08 which intersected 102.1 metres grading 0.44 per cent Cu, 0.48 gram per tonne Au (as reported in Stockwatch Feb. 10, 2005).

Hole S06-24 intersected 113.5 metres grading 0.35 per cent Cu and 0.38 g/t Au from 12.2 to 125.7 metres including 19.5 metres grading 0.51 per cent Cu and 0.52 g/t Au from 64.2 to 83.7 metres. Hole S06-24 was drilled vertical at the same location as drill hole S05-08 which was drilled at minus 60 degree.

The diamond drill holes were drilled NQ diameter and half-core samples were sent to the Acme Analytical Labs facility in Vancouver, B.C., for sample preparation and analysis. All samples underwent multielement analysis by ICP/MS with the reported intervals of holes S06-18 to S06-22 additionally assayed for copper and the reported interval of hole S06-24 additionally assayed for copper and gold. The drill program on the Seel property is under the supervision of Peter Daubeny, PGeo, a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101.
