Gold Reach Increases Land Position at Auro
January 10, 2011: Vancouver, British Columbia: Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (GRV: TSX-V) (Gold Reach or the Company) reports that it has increased its land position at the Auro Property directly adjacent to the Richfield Ventures Blackwater discovery (RVC:TSX-V).
The Princess claims are located in the northwestern corner of the Auro property and is surrounded by Gold Reach’s Auro claims, which are adjacent to Richfield Ventures (RVC: TSX-V-) bulk gold discovery. Gold Reach has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the 407 hectare Princess Claim from Tom Christianson for $8,000 cash and 40,000 shares subject to TSXV approval.
