A new independent mineral resource estimate study was conducted and based on 28,294 meters of drilling in 100 holes. As a result, Gold Reach Resources has INCREASED the SEEL resources Calculation by 400%.

• 28.13 million tonnes indicated @ 0.22% Cu, 0.21 g/t Au, 0.007% Mo, 1.1 g/t Au (0.40% Cu Eq)

• 214.78 million tonnes inferred @ 0.17% Cu, 0.13 g/t Au, 0.017% Mo, 2.17 g/t Ag (0.33% Cu Eq)

Gold Reach Resources has a 100% interest in 22,000 hectares located in the North-Western region of British Columbia, approximately 120 kms south of Smithers B.C. 

The Ootsa Lake Zone hosts:

• 15 new geophysical anomalies and 60 additional targets found:
  • 18 new Mag High targets Copper/Gold
  • 42 new Mag Low targets Copper/Moly
• Cu-Ag-Zn breccia zones
• Structurally controlled Ag-Pb-Zn veins

The Ootsa Lake Property has been separated into four targets:

1. Seel Porphyry Deposit
2. Seel West Porphyry Deposit
3. Ox Lake Porphyry Deposit
4. Damascus Silver Vein

The Ootsa Lake camp has been winterized at the site in order to get an early start in 2012. The 2012 program will be finalized once the new resource calculation for Ootsa is received around mid January 2012. The preliminary budget for 2012 is between $5-8 million. This will include additional drilling at Seel and Ox, up to 150km of line cutting and 3DIP, 3,000 plus soil samples and water and environmental studies. Depending on the new resource results, discussion may be started with Huckleberry Mine on the timing of permits for milling and crushing of our Ore.

The Damascus Silver Vein is located 2 km east of the Seel target. Exploration work; surveying, trenching and diamond drilling was conducted in the early 1980's by International Damascus Resources, Cominco Ltd and Granges. As a result, a non-compliant NI 43-101 finding of 196,087 t with a grade of 433 grams per tonne (g/t) Ag including 3 intersections grading over 60 oz/tonne Ag over a width of 0.5m - 1.4m was identified. The history of this area's previous findings demonstrates the potential for further exploration of the Gold Reach Property.
